Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 240 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g sugar
- 2 eggs, size M
- 200 g natural yogurt
- 1 pack of poppy seed cake, 250 g
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- n. B. Grease for the mold

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper baking cups. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a second bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, oil, yogurt, and poppy seed mixture. Add the flour from the other bowl and mix briefly with a wooden spoon. Pour into the muffin tin and bake for about 23 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar glaze, if desired. Makes 12 muffins; 260 kcal per muffin.
