Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 130 g butter, soft
- 2 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 65 ml milk
- 2 drops of rum flavoring
- 130 g poppy seeds, ground
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 160 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 330 g quark or 250 g quark and 80 g sour cream or similar.
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ pack of vanilla pudding powder for cooking
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Sheet approx. 20 x 25 cm
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the dough ingredients, excluding the flour and baking powder, thoroughly. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (approx. 20 x 25 cm) and spread evenly. Mix the filling ingredients thoroughly (it will remain liquid). Pour the filling very slowly and carefully onto the dough so it doesn’t mix with the dough. Place everything in the oven and bake at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes.
