Poppyseed Guglhupf

The perfect poppyseed guglhupf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 a cup Yogurt
  • 1 a cup Flour
  • 1 a cup Sugar
  • 1 a cup Ground poppy seeds
  • 1 half cup Rapeseed oil
  • 2 whole Free range eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar brown

preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well in the food processor – brush the silicone molds with oil and fill in the poppy seed mixture – bake with hot air at 180 degrees for approx. 35 minutes
