Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork belly
- 2 tbsp sesame oil, dark
- 2 tsp pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Score the skin side in a diamond shape. Rub the belly on both sides with oil. Then sprinkle the pepper over it and rub it in. Place the belly skin-side down on a grill rack. Cook for about 50 minutes, then turn it over (skin side up). Cook for another 20 minutes. Slice and serve hot. We serve it with spinach.
