Blackberry and Apple Dessert

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 130 g blackberries
  • 50 g cored apple
  • 6 tsp erythritol (sugar substitute), bronze
  • 350 g natural yogurt
  • ¼ tsp, sautéed cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with yogurt, low carb

Finely grate or shred 50g of apple, preferably with the skin on. Rinse the blackberries briefly if necessary. Roughly puree both in a bowl with bronze erythritol and cinnamon. Season to taste for added sweetness. Layer the mixture in glasses, alternating between natural yogurt, blackberry and apple, etc., making about three layers. The top layer should be blackberry and apple. Decorate with a wooden skewer. Can also be made ahead.
