Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork chops
- 30 g fresh mint, alternatively 10 g dried mint
- 75 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 50 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pork Chops with Mint
Finely chop the mint and mix with the flour, salt, and pepper. Toss the chops in the mint and fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Finish cooking in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops.
