Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g pork fillet(s), cut into strips
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 150 ml meat broth
- 3 medium-sized onions, cut into strips
- 5 tbsp chives, in rolls
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground black
- some spice mix (herb butter spice)
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Brown the onions in butter, add the meat, and cook. Season generously with salt and pepper. Stir in the crème fraîche, broth, and chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and herb butter seasoning. Thicken slightly with a sauce thickener, if desired. This dish goes very well with croquettes or fresh tagliatelle.
