Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels (200g each)
- 100 g cream cheese, soft
- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 120 g Black Forest ham, diced
- Garlic salt
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Rinse the pork schnitzel, pat dry, and season with garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Heat olive oil, fry the pork schnitzel for 4 minutes on each side, remove from the pan, and place on a baking sheet. Mix the remaining ingredients and spread over the pork schnitzel. Bake at 220°C (425°F) for about 3-4 minutes.
