Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pork fillets
- 2 pts cream
- 1 bunch basil, fresh
- 200 g Parma ham
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quick and easy in the roasting bag
Cut the pork fillet into approximately 10cm pieces. Wrap in Parma ham and place in the roasting bag. Pour the cream over the fillets and sprinkle with plenty of basil. Seal the roasting bag and place in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for about 1 hour. This produces a delicious, albeit very thin, sauce that’s perfect for soaking up fresh baguette or rice. Serve with fresh leaf salad. Truly delicious and especially quick and easy for guests.
