Pork fillet with blue cheese cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pork fillet(s) or other meat
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 50 g blue cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the pork fillet as desired and season with salt and pepper. Brown on each side and keep warm. Deglaze the pan with wine. Stir in the heavy cream and crème fraîche. Crumble the blue cheese, stir it in, and let it melt into the sauce. Serve the meat with the sauce.
