Pork fillet with mustard crust

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g pork fillet(s)
  • Flour
  • 2 tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the pork fillet into slices approximately 2-3 cm thick. Brush with Dijon mustard. Then coat in flour. Pan-fry on each side until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
