Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork fillet(s)
- ¼ liter cream
- 200 g Black Forest ham
- Mustard
- 150 g cheese (Bresso)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the fillets into pieces large enough to wrap the ham around. Brush the ham with mustard and wrap it around the fillets. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Drain the liquid. Whisk the Bresso with the cream and pour over the meat. Continue baking at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with risotto or baguette.
