Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pork loin(s)
- 3 onions, diced
- 300 g mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 1 jar white wine
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 pack of processed cheese with herbs
- 75 g herb butter, approx.
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Season the loin with salt and pepper. Sear briefly. Place in a casserole dish. Sauté the onions and mushrooms. Pour over the meat. Heat the white wine. Melt the cheese, herb butter, and crème fraîche in it. Bring to a boil briefly. Pour over the meat. Bake for 1 hour at 160°C (convection oven).
