Pork minute steaks gratinated

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 steak(s) (minute pork steaks)
  • 8 slices of Parma ham
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • n. B. Parmesan, freshly sliced
  • Basil, fresh leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Season the minute steaks with salt and pepper. Sear briefly in a pan. Place two slices of Parma ham next to each other for each steak, slightly overlapping. Place the steaks on top of the ham and top with tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and fresh basil leaves. Place in a baking dish and add the pan juices. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
