Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 pack of cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brush a baking sheet with oil. Season the schnitzels with salt, pepper, and paprika and place them on the sheet. Season the minced meat generously and spread it on the schnitzels. Slice the onion into rings and place it on top of the minced meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and drizzle with cream. Bake the schnitzels in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
