Pork Neck Steak with Farmer’s Salad

Ingredients
 

Pork neck steak:

  • 2 Fresh marinated pork neck steaks in paprika marinade (here: from AL
  • 2 Sunflower oil
  • 1 Grill pan

Farmer's Salad:

  • 0,5 Snake cucumber
  • 4 Shrub tomatoes
  • 0,5 Small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Greek FETA cheese 200 g
  • 100 ml Yogurt salad dressing

Serve:

  • Cocktail grill sauce (here: From ALDI-Nord!)
  • 2 Parsley
  • 6 Half slices of farmer's bread

Instructions
 

Pork neck steaks:

  • Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a grill pan and fry the marinated pork neck steaks in it on both sides for 3 minutes each until they are deep golden brown and remove.

Farmer's Salad:

  • Peel the cucumber with a garnish peeler, quarter lengthways and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk, quarter and cut into pieces. Iceberg lettuce remove the outer leaves, quarter and cut into strips. Crumble the Greek FETA. Put all ingredients (snake cucumber slices, tomato pieces, iceberg lettuce strips, FETA cheese and yoghurt dressing) in a bowl and mix carefully with the yoghurt salad dressing.

Serve:

  • Serve pork neck steak with farmer's salad and cocktail grill sauce, garnished with parsley. Serve with farmer's bread.
