Pork Neck Steak with Mixed Salad

Ingredients
 

Mixed salad:

  • 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 Grill pan
  • 1 Tomato
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 0,5 Snake cucumber
  • 1 Roma salad
  • Salad dressing Sylt style

Serve:

  • 4 tbsp Zaziki

Instructions
 

Pork neck steaks:

  • Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a grill pan, fry the marinated pork neck steaks on both sides until golden brown and remove.

Mixed salad:

  • Remove the stem end of the tomato, quarter and cut into slices / pieces. Clean / brush the mushrooms, halve and cut into slices. Peel ½ snake cucumber with a garnish peeler, quarter lengthways and cut into thin slices. Clean the Roma lettuce, quarter it lengthways and cut into strips.

Serve:

  • Place pork neck steaks on 2 plates, drizzle the mixed salad with salad dressing and serve with tzatziki (2 tablespoons each).
