Ingredients
Mixed salad:
- 2 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 Grill pan
- 1 Tomato
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 0,5 Snake cucumber
- 1 Roma salad
- Salad dressing Sylt style
Serve:
- 4 tbsp Zaziki
Instructions
Pork neck steaks:
- Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a grill pan, fry the marinated pork neck steaks on both sides until golden brown and remove.
Mixed salad:
- Remove the stem end of the tomato, quarter and cut into slices / pieces. Clean / brush the mushrooms, halve and cut into slices. Peel ½ snake cucumber with a garnish peeler, quarter lengthways and cut into thin slices. Clean the Roma lettuce, quarter it lengthways and cut into strips.
Serve:
- Place pork neck steaks on 2 plates, drizzle the mixed salad with salad dressing and serve with tzatziki (2 tablespoons each).
