Ingredients
 

  • 3 small Apples
  • 60 g Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinammon
  • 25 ml Apple juice
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 25 g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 40 g Semolina
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Cooking fat

Instructions
 

  • Grease a baking dish (or 4 tins). Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Simmer together with 1 tablespoon of sugar, cinnamon and apple juice in a small saucepan for about 10 minutes. Then spread on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Mix the remaining sugar, lemon juice and butter. Separate eggs. Add the egg yolks to the butter mixture and stir in with the quark, semolina and baking powder. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Then distribute the dough mixture on the apple pieces and bake for about 30 minutes.
