Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels from shoulder or back
- 200 g minced meat
- 2 tsp gyro seasoning

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
I ate these delicious roulades for the first time at a blogger meeting.
Butterfly the schnitzels down the middle, not cutting all the way through. Divide the ground meat into four equal pieces and arrange them on top of the schnitzel. Sprinkle with some of the gyro seasoning and roll tightly. Secure the roulades with skewers or string. Grill on all sides and then let them finish cooking in the indirect heat. I cook them to about 71-72°C.
