Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 ball of mozzarella, sliced
- 1 jar pesto
- salt and pepper
- Fat for frying
- n. B. wine, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for quick cooking
First, season the schnitzels with salt and pepper, then coat them with the basil pesto. Sear the schnitzels on both sides and top with thin slices of tomato and mozzarella. Let them sear for a bit longer and add a little white wine, if desired. Serve with rice.
