Pork steaks with zucchini

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 small zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 4 minute pork steaks (120 g each)
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and wash the zucchini and slice thinly. Heat oil in a pan and fry the zucchini for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat, add the broth, and simmer covered until the zucchini is tender. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Fry the minute steaks in a second pan for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, then season with salt and pepper. Serve the zucchini and steaks on plates. Serve with mashed potatoes.
