Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g muesli, e.g. Porridge Bowl Cocoa & Nut, e.g. at Rewe
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 110 ml water
  • 10 g cocoa powder, slightly defatted
  • 6 g locust bean gum

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the porridge bowl and cocoa in a saucepan, then add the oat milk and tap water. Heat over low heat. Add the locust bean gum to thicken. Finally, stir in the low-fat quark. Nutritional values: Carbohydrates 85 g, Fat 10 g, Protein 47 g, approximately 400 kcal per serving.
