- 15 g protein powder (whey vanilla)
- 20 g erythritol (sugar substitute) (Xucker light)
- 120 ml oat milk (oat drink)
- 3 g baking powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 50 g rice flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 bananas

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Heat oil in a pan and fry two tablespoons of batter for each pancake over medium heat. Tips: Any other plant-based milk is fine. The rice flour can be replaced with oat flour, for example. Nutritional values: 153 g carbohydrates, 16 g fat, 37 g protein.
