Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 dashes vinegar
  • 500 g carrot(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s), squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the carrots, cut them into fairly thick slices, and steam them in a steamer for a maximum of 15 minutes (salted water also works, but drain the water). Prepare a marinade from the remaining ingredients and pour it over the carrots.
