Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of sardine fillets in oil, optionally with lemon
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- some piri-piri
- e.g. olive oil
- 1 small lemon(s), juice to taste
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic
- optional spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Holiday recipe
Combine all ingredients in a fairly small container (be careful with the salt at first) and blend. Add more or less piri-piri or another spicy ingredient and other spices to taste. Garlic can be added, but isn’t necessary. Tastes great on fresh bread!
