Potato and Cabbage Pot
The perfect potato and cabbage pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
SPICE SALT:
- 800 g White cabbage (white cabbage) in strips
- 1 Diced onion
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
- 2 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 2 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 250 ml Apple juice
- 350 g Smoked tofu in strips
- 200 g Sour cream 10% fat
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp Caraway seed

GARLIC PEPPER:

- Heat the oil in a large saucepan, briefly toast the paprika powder, add the onion cubes, then briefly sweat the cabbage strips with them. Add caraway seeds! Deglaze with apple juice! Cook for about 15-30 minutes. Depending on how soft you like the cabbage!
- Season to taste with garip pepper, seasoned salt and nutmeg! Add the tofu, potatoes and heat everything up well! Finally refine with sour cream!
