Potato and Melon Pan, As Main Course or Side Dish to Beef Steak

The perfect potato and melon pan, as main course or side dish to beef steak recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Sweet melon fresh
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 6 piece Potatoes
  • 2 piece Pickled hot peppers
  • 2 piece Fresh garlic
  • 50 g Blue cheese
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 bunch Herbs parsley, chives, marjoram, basil

Ratz Fatz – done

  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes, pre-cook for 10 minutes. Peel the melon, scrape out the stones and cut in half. Fill with blue cheese. Peel and quarter the onion.
  2. Now put all the additions in a baking pan and cook at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes. Chop fresh herbs and sprinkle over them. Pour your own braised juice over it. Season all ingredients except for the melon with salt and pepper.
