Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 250 g minced meat
- 200 g bell pepper(s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- oil
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- 100 ml broth
- possibly cream
Instructions

Brown the minced meat with a diced onion in a tablespoon of oil and season with salt, garlic, pepper, and paprika. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Clean the bell peppers and cut into strips. Slice the mushrooms. Slice the second onion into rings. Place the potatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, and minced meat in a tepsi (Albanian round baking dish) or a larger baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika, pepper, garlic, and a full teaspoon of salt. Add a splash of oil and the stock and mix well, preferably with your hands, to ensure all the spices and oil are evenly distributed. Bake the whole thing at 200°C for about 45 minutes. If it becomes too dry, simply add a little more stock or water. It also tastes delicious with a cup of cream mixed in.
