Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 800 g potatoes (boiled potatoes), from the previous day
- 4 sausages (bratwursts, approx. 90 g each)
- 50 g margarine
- 100 g onion(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean the peppers and roughly chop them along with the potatoes and sausages. Heat margarine in a pan. Fry the peppers, potatoes, sausages, and onions for 8-10 minutes. Stir gently occasionally. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sprinkle with parsley to finish. Serve with a green salad. Tip: If you don’t like sausages, you can also fry Fleischwurst or Cabanossi.
