Potato and sausage pan with scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • ½ ring/s of meat sausage
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • Fondor
  • Milk
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

“Egg Shame”

Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water for about 20 minutes, and then slice them not too thinly. Dice the sausage. Place the sausage and potatoes in a pan and fry over medium heat. Once the potatoes are golden brown, crack the eggs into a pan with a little milk and Fondor. Then add them to the potatoes and sausage and wait until the egg is firm and slightly dark yellow.
