Potato and Tomato Tart

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 packet Tarte flambée batter ready

Instructions
 

  • Peel the potatoes and pre-cook them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool. Then cut into slices. Halve tomatoes
  • Mix the sour cream, eggs, tomato paste, milk and cheese.
  • Line a tart pan with the tarte flambée batter. Lay the tomatoes and potatoes in layers. Season each layer vigorously. Spread the sour cream mixture over it and bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
