Potato and Tomato Tart

The perfect potato and tomato tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 250 g Sour cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Milk
  • Tomato paste
  • 1 packet Flammkuchen batter ready
  1. Peel the potatoes and pre-cook them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool. Then cut into slices. Halve tomatoes
  2. Mix the sour cream, eggs, tomato paste, milk and cheese.
  3. Line a tart pan with the tarte flambée batter. Lay the tomatoes and potatoes in layers. Season each layer vigorously. Spread the sour cream mixture over it and bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
