Potato and Tomato Tart
The perfect potato and tomato tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Potatoes
- 500 g Cocktail tomatoes
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 250 g Sour cream
- 3 Eggs
- 5 tbsp Milk
- Tomato paste
- 1 packet Flammkuchen batter ready
- Peel the potatoes and pre-cook them in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool. Then cut into slices. Halve tomatoes
- Mix the sour cream, eggs, tomato paste, milk and cheese.
- Line a tart pan with the tarte flambée batter. Lay the tomatoes and potatoes in layers. Season each layer vigorously. Spread the sour cream mixture over it and bake in the pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
