Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g bell pepper(s)
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a little oil in a pan, then remove and set aside. Dice the onion and fry, then add the sliced ​​or diced potatoes. Fry for about 5 minutes, then stir in the sliced ​​bell peppers and fry briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer covered for about 15 minutes. Once the potatoes are tender, add the meat back in and pour in the cream. Simmer briefly until creamy and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finally, sprinkle on the cheese and let it melt.
