Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,000 g zucchini, peeled
  • 1,000 g potatoes, raw
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 100 g flour (wheat flour type 405)
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g smoked pork roast, vacuum-packed, sliced
  • 100 g cheese (grated cheese)

Grate the zucchini into medium-sized pieces and season with salt. After about 10 minutes, squeeze out any excess water. Grate the raw potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion. Combine the zucchini, potatoes, and onions, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and nutmeg. Stir the diced smoked pork into the vegetable mixture. Fold in the eggs and flour one at a time, followed by half of the cheese. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 175°C for about 1 hour.
