Potato and zucchini casserole with ham and feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g potatoes
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 ml milk
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 50 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Boil, peel, and slice the potatoes. Wash and slice the zucchini, then fry in a pan for about 10 minutes. Remove the zucchini from the pan and fry the onion and diced ham in it. Grease a baking dish. Layer the potatoes and arrange the zucchini, ham, and onion on top. Whisk together the milk, cream, and egg, season, and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with feta cheese and grated cheese. Bake the casserole in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 30 minutes.
