Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml water (or milk or buttermilk)
- 450 g flour (wheat flour)
- 200 g potatoes, mashed, boiled
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for the bread maker
First, add the liquid, then the remaining ingredients to the bread pan. Select the standard baking program for wheat and mixed bread. Total program time: including resting and baking times: approximately 3 hours. Remove from the pan after baking and let cool.
