Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slice(s) of bread(s) (brown bread)
- 2 eggs
- 1 large onion(s)
- 50 g liver sausage (coarse or fine depending on your taste) I like homemade
- Mustard, hot
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Spread the bread slices with mustard (preferably really hot). Add a layer of liverwurst, to taste. Lightly sauté the sliced onion in a pan. Pour the eggs over the mustard and continue to cook as if they were fried. Don’t forget the salt and pepper! Cut the fried egg into pieces and place half on each slice of bread.
