Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized potatoes
  • 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-large kohlrabi
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche, with herbs
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 1 piece(s) butter, small
  • Salt
  • n. B. Spice mix (Asian), with curry
  • n. B. Nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Peel the vegetables, dice them, and cook them in salted water until soft. Drain the water. Mash the vegetables with a potato masher. Season with the Asian spice and mix with a little milk and butter. Finally, add the crème fraîche and stir in. This goes very well with sausages or meatballs.
