  • 300 g cheese (Gouda)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • chili powder

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their jackets. Boil 5 hard-boiled eggs. Grease a baking dish. Grate the cheese and set aside. Peel the potatoes, slice them, and layer them. Slice the eggs and place them on top. Sauté the mushrooms and set aside briefly. Place the sliced ​​Cabanossi on top. Scatter the mushrooms over the potatoes. Mix the cream with an egg, season, and pour over the mushrooms. Cover with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
