Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bunch of radishes, finely chopped
  • 250 g butter
  • 3 tsp curd
  • 20 g herbs, frozen (8 herbs)
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

tastes fresh like spring

Wash the radishes and chop them very finely. Blend the butter and quark until smooth. Add the radishes, herbs, and lemon and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
