Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 large potatoes
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 200g mozzarella
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- ⅛ liter cream
- ⅛ liter milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel, dice, and boil the potatoes. Finely dice the ham and onion. Blend the cream, milk, egg, salt, and pepper with a hand blender until smooth. Place the cooked potatoes in a glass baking dish, arrange the ham and onion cubes on top, and then pour the cream mixture over the potatoes. Finally, grate the mozzarella and add it to the casserole. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes (until the cheese turns golden brown).
