Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1.2 kg potatoes
- 400 ml milk (3.5%)
- 400 ml cream
- herbal salt
- 3 garlic cloves

Garlic potatoes
Pour the milk and cream into a casserole dish. Peel and press the garlic cloves, then toss them in the creamy liquid with the herb salt. Peel the potatoes, grate them, and add them to the casserole dish. Bake the casserole at 180°C for about 60 minutes until golden brown. Baste the potatoes with the liquid occasionally with a spoon to prevent the casserole from burning. Serve hot.
