Potato cream soup for the Thermomix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g celeriac
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 200 g leek
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1,200 g water
  • 4 tsp vegetable broth, instant
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Wash, peel, and roughly chop the vegetables. Chop in a mixing bowl for 6 seconds/speed 7. Add water and vegetable stock powder and cook for 25 minutes/100°C/speed 1. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream and marjoram. Blend for 20 seconds/speed 5. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with the remaining cream and fresh marjoram.
