Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter, in pieces
  • 150 g sugar
  • 350 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 180 g butter, soft, in pieces
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

For the dough, place the butter, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and one egg in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds/speed 6 until doughy. Remove from the mixing bowl. Press 2/3 of the mixture into a springform pan lined with baking paper, forming a raised edge. For the filling, place the butter, sugar, eggs, low-fat quark, vanilla sugar, and vanilla pudding powder in the mixing bowl and mix for 40 seconds/speed 5. Pour the mixture into the base. Tear the remaining dough into pieces and spread it over the filling. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 60 minutes.
