Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 80 g butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g potato flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Boil the potatoes until tender, press them through a potato ricer, and mix with the melted butter, an egg, and the potato flour. Form the dough into portion-sized dumplings and let them simmer in plenty of simmering salted water until they rise to the surface. Tip: If you like, you can also fill the dumplings with some diced plums.
