Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 cl rum
  • 10 cl pineapple juice
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl syrup (strawberry syrup)
  • 5 cl Cream of Coconut
  • strawberries
  • Ice, crushed

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Half-fill a highball glass with crushed ice. Blend all ingredients, including some strawberries, thoroughly with an electric mixer, pour into the glass, and stir.
