Potato Gratin with Ham and Leek

The perfect potato gratin with ham and leek recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Rods Leek
  • 300 g Boiled ham
  • 4 medium sized Potatoes
  • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • 3 piece Medium hot chilli
  • 1 piece Butter
  • 250 ml Cooking cream 7%
  • 100 g Oven / pizza cheese
  1. Quarter leek, trim and small slicer; also cut the chilli into small pieces (either use with the bars or without). Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the garlic.
  2. Cook the potatoes al dente.
  3. Cut the ham into small pieces, fry with the chili and leek in a pan with butter.
  4. Grease the casserole dish, spread the pre-cooked potatoes as the bottom layer, spread the vegetables / ham mixture on top and fill everything with cooking cream and finally sprinkle with oven cheese.
  5. Finish cooking in the oven for 30 minutes at 160 degrees. Finally, depending on your taste, bring again to the desired degree of browning with the grill.
  6. Done !!!!
