Rump Plums Schoki’s

The perfect rump plums schoki’s recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Rump plums
  • Dark chocolate

How to do it

  1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath – I had Indian spiced chocolate and some nougat, but you can use almost any quality chocolate for it, depending on your taste
  2. Cut the rump plums into suitable sized pieces, put them in a paper praline mold and pour the liquid chocolate over them – chill for at least 1 hour – you can buy rump plums ready-made, but like me, you can also buy enough in the fall and simply soak the pitted plums in rum
  3. Finally pack it nicely and you already have an individual, not everyday guest gift at hand that hardly makes any work!

DANGER

  1. the liquid chocolate runs apart of course – the paper praline molds give a little hold, but to give away the whole thing should look a little more even and prettier, so it is advisable to place the paper molds in any small (silicone) molds until the chocolate has become solid
