Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Boiled potatoes, FROM THE BEFORE DAY!
  • 250 g Spelt flour type 630
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 tsp Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • Mineral water
  • Butter

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes the day before! Then peel and grate finely. Mix with the flour, eggs, salt, a little seasoned salt, pepper, nutmeg and marjoram. Keep adding mineral water until the dough bubbles and is nice and sticky!

Preheat the oven to 50 degrees!

  • Bring the salt water to the boil and, for example, use a spaetzle slicer to add the dough in portions to the boiling water, switch back and simmer for 3 minutes. Put the water in a sieve, toss with warm water and keep warm in a bowl in the preheated oven! Repeat until the dough is used up!
  • Top with butter before serving!
