Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 pack of sausages (Nuremberg sausages)
  • 1 can green beans
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the raw potatoes, cut them into small, thin slices, and fry them. Also dice the sausages and add them. Dice the onions, add them with the beans, and fry everything thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt, and savory. Finally, sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt until the desired consistency is reached.
