Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 750 g floury potatoes
- 180 g flour
- some salt
- 100 g fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the potatoes and boil them until al dente. Drain, peel, and coarsely grate them. Mix them with the flour until lightly crumbly. Season with salt if desired, then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
